As a family of churches we’re on a mission together – a mission to see the ends of the earth reached with the good news of the gospel and to see the kingdom of God advanced through the church.
Life Change Teams exist to give you the opportunity to experience cross-cultural mission. For 2 – 4 weeks you’ll be based with another Newfrontiers Church or church planting team. You’ll live, learn and serve alongside local people and will gain an insight into what God is doing in and through his church across the nations.
Life Change Teams aim to help you become more effective in being able to communicate and relate cross-culturally. Depending upon which team you choose, you’ll also gain a deeper understanding of how to plant churches in unreached areas, or see how the kingdom of God is being extended through ministry to the poor.
Going on a Life Change Team can also help to clarify your personal vision and calling from God for longer term involvement in other nations.
Life Change Teams are demanding, provoking and challenging. Throughout your time, there’s an emphasis on encountering God, personal growth and change. You may never be the same again!`
Who Can Go?
All teams are for British citizens from the UK Newfrontiers family of churches, aged 18* and over. Specific skills are not required but you must be adaptable, teachable,
willing to serve and ready to be out of your comfort zone!

An Elder’s reference is required as part of the application process. Before being offered a place, all applicants are required to undergo a criminal records check at enhanced level as part of the Newfrontiers Life Change Teams Child Protection Policy.
